Returns

You can return your DYMO STUDIO unused product within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Please note that return is possible only if its unused, factory labels and hangtags are preserved.

The item is considered to be of unacceptable quality and will not be suitable for the return if:

There is a pronounced foreign smell on the thing (perfume, food, etc.)

There are stains on the thing, typical for wearing, creases and bruises,

The garment has open seams, holds and / or elongated loops (on knitted items)

In the case of a return of a quality product due to an unsuitable size, color, style, only the cost of the product is subject to return. Shipping and handling charges are not reimbursed.

To return the goods, you need to contact us by phone/what’sApp +7 (916) 551-92-54 or email to info@dymostudio.com indicating the order number and a photo of the goods showing the defect. Our specialist will contact you.

The processing time and refund is 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods in our warehouse. The term for crediting funds to a card or current account depends on the service provided by your bank.
